Feeling a Little Overwhelmed

Two weeks ago I moved into my first home with my boyfriend, and as you can imagine life has been pretty busy. The house we bought is a bit of a ‘fixer-upper’ so I’m slowly learning how to D.I.Y. With the new house, working full time, trying to keep a social life as well as keeping on top of my blog, lately life has got me feeling a little overwhelmed.

When I feel this way, I’ve found the best thing to do is create a list or 45! Writing lists allows you to brain dump all of your ideas, thoughts and chores onto paper. Freeing more space in your mind to relax and get on with your day. There are plenty of lists which you can create and you will be surprised at just how much you had on your mind.

  1. This is such a great list of lists! I totally agree…Brain dumping/writing everything down when I feel overwhelmed can really help because it forces me to organize all my thoughts and helps me develop a game plan to tackle it all!
