I haven’t yet read ‘The Power of Positive Thinking’, but I’ve heard great things so I had to include it on my list. The Power of Positive Thinking is known to be an insightful and uplifting book. It can help you to take charge of you life and create a positive change. Dr. Peale shares his method for mastering the problems of everyday living:
- How to eliminate self doubt
- Exercises that you can do every day to be happy
- How to climb above problems to visualise solutions

Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff – and it’s all Small Stuff by Richard Carlson
