I started Those Positive Thoughts in 2016 and since then have been obsessed with self-development. I’ve gained my knowledge through various self-help books, podcasts, online courses and through 1-1 coaching.

I want to share with you everything I’ve learned through my personal growth journey and help you push past those barriers which are stopping you living life to your full potential.

I live with my boyfriend Ash who works in IT, which is super handy when you’re a blogger!

I’m obsessed with personal growth and the best book I’ve read is, The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod

My Story

Before I started Those Positive Thoughts I felt lost. I was confused at what I was “supposed” to be doing and I would compare my life to my friends and even to strangers on the internet!

At the time I was working as an office assistant in London and decided to quit my job and go travelling, because that’s the thing everyone does when they feel lost, right? (I’m a pretty good saver and had enough money saved to travel)

I had an incredible and eye opening experience while I was away but when I returned home I still felt lost. And so I went on a mission to find myself. I tried French classes, ballet classes, I volunteered for a charity, I joined the gym, I even experimented making arts and crafts.

I then stumbled upon the idea of blogging. I was obsessed with personal growth and lifestyle advice and so I mustered the courage to start my own blog.

With that said, when I first started blogging, I was crippled with self-doubt, I felt so embarrassed about my blog because I was scared of being judged by others and therefore I kept my blog anonymous at the beginning.

But after years of being too scared too put myself out there I finally decided to stop getting in my own way and I was ready to go all-in. I invested in blogging courses, self-development courses, I hired a coach and I made personal growth part of my every-day routine.

It’s been a lot of ups and downs to get to where I am today and I’m going to teach you, how you too can stop getting in your own way and start living life to your full potential!
