What is TED Talks?
You most likely know what TED Talks is but if you don’t I’ll give you a little background. Under the slogan “Ideas worth spreading”, TED Talks is an online non-profit organisation dedicated to sharing ideas and encouragement through inspiring speeches from some of the world’s greatest minds, and it’s all free!
Since I’ve found so many amazing Ted Talks I thought I would gather my favourite ten about personal growth. These talks have changed my way of thinking and helped me grow as person, I’m sure they will inspire you too!
How to Stop Screwing Yourself Over – Mel Robbins
Mel Robbins talk about “how to strop screwing yourself over” is smart, effective and ever so simple. She asks us to be selfish and think about what we really want and to stop convincing ourselves that we’re “fine” when we’re not. This talk will leave you feeling inspired and motivated to achieve your goals.
