Your answers and decisions will give you the insight and inspiration to live how you really want to live. Take your time to answer each question honestly. On average we tend to have five to ten core values. Each making us who we are and giving us a sense of purpose. Let’s say for example yoga is important to you. We could then suggest that health, fitness, relaxation or something of this nature is your value.
