It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year
Today’s post will be another ‘How I Rock My Goals’ series, if you’re new to my blog then I’ll fill you in quickly. Since the beginning of 2017 I have been setting myself monthly goals, why? Because I believe setting goals will help me stay motivated and I hope by sharing my goals I will inspire you to set your own. Today I will share with you how I got on with my November goals and what my goals are for December.
To coincide with my popular resource library, I will be creating a shop full of awesome digital downloads to help you reach your goals and prioritise self-care. In November I started creating my first product, ready to launch before the new year.
- Plan and create my first digital product
My first product for the TPT digital shop is almost done and will be on sale very soon. Stay tuned!
We’ve pretty much finished refurbishing our kitchen, with just a couple of finishing touches left. Once the kitchen is done we will move onto the master bedroom. The master bedroom is currently a junk room, I mean it’s literally full of junk! Inside you will find our old bed and mattress, some of Ash’s work tools, packaging from when the kitchen was delivered and much more. One of my goals for November was to completely clear out the room so it’s ready for decorating.
As this goal wasn’t very fun, I also gave myself another home goal and that was to buy a new duvet cover, cushions, and a blanket, ready for our new bedroom.

Health and Fitness
Back in the Summer I signed myself up for a half marathon in November and since then my health and fitness goals were focused on training for race day.
- Complete half marathon.
On 19 November I completed my first half marathon! I was well prepared with a 12 week training plan but the course was very hilly and the final sprint finish was also up hill! I thought that was pretty cruel. Nonetheless, i completed it and now I’m treating myself with a well deserved rest.
I would love to go to Paris this December for a romantic weekend with my boyfriend, Ash.
- Book a weekend trip to Paris this December with Ash.
Paris is booked and I can’t wait!
During the month of December we spend our time thinking and being with of our loved ones. Buying Christmas presents for our family and celebrating the holidays with our friends. With this joyful time of year I want to make sure I am grateful everyday for what I have. That’s why my goal for December is to write down one thing which I am grateful for at the end of each day, whether that be my bed, the snow, my mum, my boyfriend and so much more.
- Practice gratitude everyday
This month I will be launching my very first digital product and opening the TPT shop!

How could I not have a Christmas goal when there’s only two weeks left until Christmas day! Like most people, I need to finish off my Christmas shopping, wrap up those special gifts and now I’m a home owner I also need to make sure we have plenty of food and drink for the holidays. Let the celebrations begin!
- Get ready for Christmas!
I’m lucky enough to have two weeks off work around Christmas and I’ll be using this time to see my friends, family and have a well deserved rest!
- See loved ones and relax before the new year
