45 Lists to Make When You Feel Overwhelmed

Two weeks ago I moved into my first home with my boyfriend, and as you can imagine life has been pretty busy. The house we bought is a bit of a ‘fixer-upper’ so I’m slowly learning how to D.I.Y. With the new house, working full time, trying to keep a social life as well as keeping on top of my blog, lately life has got me feeling a little overwhelmed.

When I feel this way, I’ve found the best thing to do is create a list or 45! Writing lists allows you to brain dump all of your ideas, thoughts and chores onto paper.
